What we collect

Your name, email address, and, if you give them, your phone number, organisation, town and message, plus the type of interest you selected and the date you contacted us.

Why we use it

To reply to you and keep you informed about the NI Rewards pilot. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time.

Where it is kept

Your details are stored securely by our hosting provider, Cloudflare, and are only accessible to the NI Rewards team. We do not sell or share your details with anyone else.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to delete it, or for up to two years after our last contact with you, whichever comes first.

When you visit this website

We do not use cookies for tracking, analytics or advertising, and the fonts on this website are served from our own site, not from a third party. To protect the form from spam, it uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks your browser when you load and submit the form. To limit repeated submissions, we keep a scrambled code made from your IP address that cannot be turned back into the address, and delete it after 24 hours; we never store the address itself.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time by emailing [email protected]. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
